About Me

Hi, I’m Danielle! A little about me… I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker with my Supervisor Designation. I have been practicing in this field since 2021, and I feel a deep sense of connection to this work. I am EMDR-trained, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I bring a holistic perspective to my work, considering the whole person and the many parts of life that shape their experience.

A core part of my work is meeting clients in the grey spaces of life—the places where things aren’t always clear-cut or easily defined. I place a lot of value on understanding the nuance of each person’s experience and helping clients find their center within life’s extremes.

I work with teens and adults of all ages. I deeply value supporting my clients as they navigate the chaos of life while creating a life that feels balanced and aligned with what matters most to them. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and connection, with the hope that clients leave therapy feeling more centered, resilient, and empowered to create a life that feels true to who they are.

Therapy can look different for different people, so instead of using one approach for everyone, I pull from many modalities, including but not limited to CBT, ACT, EMDR, and Parts Work.

Outside of the therapy room, I am a mom of two little kids. I enjoy practicing yoga and attempting to be a runner. I travel as much as I can (which is less now as a parent) and love trying new places to eat in Columbus.

If there is any question I can answer or anything I can explain to give you more clarity with this process, please reach out through my contact page.
